Yeah, we know. You'd prefer the wet goods to the dry ones. But our bourbon is not yet ready for sale.

The barrel barns on our ranch are full of new white American oak barrels that are brimming with our sweet Texas bourbon. The powerful Texas sun warms the barrels, mellowing and maturing the amber bourbon inside. Once a week, I taste a small sample from each barrel to see how it's coming along. And I always walk away with a smile. Character and complexity come quick around here.

But it still has some growing up to do. I hope to introduce you to Garrison Brothers Texas Bourbon™ Whiskey in 2011.
